In this paper, we select the paternal inbred lines Dan340, Zheng 22,868 and eight different source Relatives Lines of female inbred lines Ye478 which come from the Yedan13(Ye478×Dan340), Yuyu18(Ye478×zheng22) and Yuyu28(Ye478×868).
本试验选用在生产上有一定种植面积的三个杂交种国审品种掖单13号(掖478×丹340)、豫玉18号(掖478×郑22)、省审品种豫玉28号(掖478×868)的父本自交系丹340、郑22、868,以及母本自交系掖478的8个不同来源的近缘系为试验材料,2005年对8个掖478近缘系的形态特征进行览定,并按NCⅡ设计组配24个杂交组合,妆年对自交系种子聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电脉图谱分析。
