《中国益寿食谱》之延年益寿食谱(三)强健脾胃益寿----鱼唇鸡脚

基本材料

鱼唇200克,鸡脚5对,葱少许,陈皮少许,盐少许。

制法

先将鱼唇洗净放入清水中煮开。如是干鱼唇,50克就足够了,干鱼唇煮前要用温水泡软洗净。再将洗净的鸡脚和姜及陈皮放入鱼唇汤中用小火煲3小时,离火前放少许盐即可食用。

功效

补益脾肾。

用法

佐餐食用。

应用

适用于脾肾虚弱食纳不佳,腰膝酸软无力者。
