基本材料
鱼唇200克，鸡脚5对，葱少许，陈皮少许，盐少许。
制法
先将鱼唇洗净放入清水中煮开。如是干鱼唇，50克就足够了，干鱼唇煮前要用温水泡软洗净。再将洗净的鸡脚和姜及陈皮放入鱼唇汤中用小火煲3小时，离火前放少许盐即可食用。
功效
补益脾肾。
用法
佐餐食用。
应用
适用于脾肾虚弱食纳不佳，腰膝酸软无力者。
