Studies on the physiological and biochemical changes during curing process and harvesting methods of the main variety Xiaohuaqing of sun-cured red tobacco had been conducted in Fenghuang county of Hunan province from 2004 to 2005.
2004-2005年,在湖南省凤凰县以当地主栽晒烟品种小花青为试验材料,研究了各部位烟叶在晒制过程中的生理生化变化,以及上部叶两种采收晒制方式对烟叶膜脂过氧化作用的影响,并在此基础上进一步研究了采收方式对整株烟叶产质量的影响,结果表明: 1。

Experiments were conducted to study effects of different harvesting methods, maturity, numbers of leaves remained and languished time on nicotine, starch and chlorophyll content, economic properties and quality of K326, a variety of flue-cured tobacco, to improve the usability of upper leaves.
为提高上部叶工业可用性,本研究以烤烟品种K326为材料,采用四因素随机区组设计,研究了采收方式、成熟度、留叶数和凋萎时间四个因素不同组合对烟碱、淀粉、叶绿素含量以及烤后烟叶经济性状和内在品质的影响,结果如下: 1、不同的叶位烟叶烟碱含量都是以带茎采收、成熟、留叶6片·秆~(-1)和凋萎36h互作处理最大,而茎烟碱含量是以分片采收、成熟、留叶4片·秆~(-1)和凋萎36h互作处理最大,茎与倒1叶、倒2叶、倒3叶和混合叶的烟碱含量均存在极显著负相关关系,茎与倒4叶烟碱含量存在显著负相关关系,带茎采收茎烟碱在烘烤过程中向叶片转移。

The influence of 3 different picking methods,including common picking method(T1),concentrated picking method(T2) and harvesting with stalk(T3),on the physiological index and quality of upper leaves during curing process was studied.
