老挝佛教建筑艺术代表作品。位于万象市以北 5公里的瓦塔銮寺北面。初建于737年,1566年建成。以后几经破坏，1930年复原。它由 1个主塔和30个卫星塔组成，塔基有3层：底层东西长61.30米，南北宽58.48米,四面建有膜拜亭4座;第2层建有30个小塔；第3层为主塔。主塔的下部3层是方形，上部为圆形，塔尖如锥,直插云霄。由于塔为国王所建，故称塔銮，即皇塔之意。塔銮是老挝人民引为自豪的建筑物，在造型、结构、布局上享有盛名。
