This article investigates the professional female\'s despondent present situation and the reason,the analysis obtains the despondent related influencing factor and the hazardous nature.

Through using the method of questionnaire,literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper made investigation on exercise time,space,style,content and aim of professional woman at different age.
