费希洛个人间接成本计算法美国教育经济学家费希洛提出，用以计算达到法定劳动年龄的学生因就学可能放弃的收入而形成的个人间接成本。他认为计算教育的间接成本之前，首先应考虑学生可能在工业和农业两个部门就业，以及学生的就业年龄。对于农村地区的学生，从事农业劳动的年龄应下降到10岁。计算步骤:①可能在非农业部门就业而放弃的收入一可能在非农业部门就业的学生数只一年内放弃收入的时间百分比火非农业部门就业者的年平均收入;②可能在农业部门就业而放弃的收入一可能在农业部门就业的学生数丫一年内放弃收入的时间百分比x农业部门就业者的年平均收入;③以上两项结果相加，求出该年度所有学生放弃的总收入，即所有进入就业年龄学生总的教育间接成本。用它除以学生总人数，为生均个人间接成本。
