1.魏﹑晋﹑南北朝的一种官吏选拔制度。魏文帝曹丕黄初元年采纳吏部尚书陈群的建议，各州﹑郡设立中正官，将各地士人按才能分别评为九等(九品)，供朝廷按等选用，谓之"九品官人法"。沿至晋﹑南北朝，选取专重门第，致"下品无高门，上品无贱族"，成为世族豪门把持政权的工具。隋文帝时废除此制，改行科举制。参阅《三国志．魏志．陈群传》﹑《宋书．恩幸传论》。
