坐落在南京夫子庙秦淮河畔的东方艺术院是一座青砖小瓦马头墙式的明清建筑。静雅的院落、幽幽的回廊、雕木花格的门窗，展示了明末清初金陵古城文化蕴涵的风雅气息。
建筑特色：东方艺术院，又名“棋峰试馆”，为明末清初安徽籍人朱棋峰所建。用于本族子弟来夫子庙举试，为一保存完好的明清建筑。
民间艺术展：展品有风筝、香袋、门画、蜡染、绳结、剪纸、脸谱、根雕、烙画、奇石，以及江南风貌的国画、书法、雨花石、木刻等艺术精品。
皮影戏：皮影戏是中国古老的民间艺术，至今已有1600多年的历史，目前只有陕西、黑龙江、河南、南京有专业剧团，该剧团已整理十多幕皮影剧作，随时为客人表演，也可以应客人要求到饭表演。
风味小吃：艺术院内有可接纳50名客人的餐厅，可品尝秦淮风味小吃。
