全额预缴、比例配售是指投资者在规定申购时间内，将全部申购款存入主承销商在收款银行设立的专户中，申购结束后全部冻结，对到帐资金进行验资和确定有效申购后，根据股票发行量和申购总量计算配售比例，进行股票配售的发行方式。这种发行方式又分为全额预缴款、比例配售、余款即退和全额预缴款、比例配售、余款转存两种。
