From the perspective of role theory, the role of university teachers of contemporary diversity and complexity is unprecedented group of university teachers in China who are actively trying to cope with, adapt to these changes, however, as a result of a specific role of university teachers they often fall into the role of the status of the plight .
从角色理论的角度入手,当代大学教师角色的多样性与复杂性是前所未有的,我国大学教师群体正积极努力地应对、适应这些变化,然而,由于大学教师特定的角色地位而经常陷入角色困境之中,这势必会影响大学教师的教育教学效果,影响高等教育目标的实现。

领导者角色学习(study of a leader’srole)领导者习得角色规范、获得角色行为能力的过程。亦即学习角色的责任、权利和义务，学习角色的态度与情感，学习角色的心理一行为模式。领导者的角色学习是综合性的学习，是在领导活动实践当中进行的，通过不断体验群体成员对自己所表现出领导行为的反应，巩固符合角色规范和角色期望的行为方式，摒弃与角色不相符的行为，不断进入角色。领导者的角色学习经常伴随着角色的改变而进行，所以角色学习的内容和方式也不断变化，因而领导者的角色学习是无止境的。 (范精章撰王树茂张德市)
