合同效力中止后二年内，投保人申请恢复合同效力的，应填写复效申请书，并按本公司规定提供被保险人健康告知书或本公司指定医疗机构出具的体检报告书，经本公司审核同意，双方达成复效协议，自投保人补交保险费及利息的次日零时起，合同效力恢复。 自合同效力中止之日起满二年双方未达成协议的，本公司有权解除合同。投保人已交足二年以上保险费的，本公司按照合同约定退还保险单的现金价值；投保人未交足二年保险费的，在扣除手续费后退还保险费。 （不详）
