Civil Servan s reform is a hot question of the contemporary society,the text has explained the meaning and characteristic of the career path and dual career path,and have analysed the current situation of civil servant system s human resource management mode,and have discussed specially how to realize common development of organizations and individuals by structure dual career path.

This paper is a literature review on career paths of hotels’ general managers,mainly summing up the content and main domain,which aims to provide reference for the further domestic studies in hotels’ general managers.

In this paper,the definition and relative theories of disjoint paths with QoS constraints were summarized;the model of disjoint optimal paths with QoS constraints problem was illustrated,the current disjoint paths algorithm was analyzed,and at last,the direction for future study and the problems existing in the disjoint paths algorithm with QoS constraints were put forward.

Using two link/node-disjoint paths between a pair of nodes in a network is a common approach to provide reliable QoS.
