The results show that concentration of ownership has a significant impact on risk-taking.
结果表明,股权集中度对风险承担产生了显著的影响,其中第一大股东持股比例越高风险承担越高,而前五大股东持股比例越高风险承担越低;非上市流通股比例、董事会规模、独立董事比例以及薪酬最高的前三名高管的平均薪酬均与银行风险承担负相关;银行董事长(或副董事长)同时兼任行长(或CEO)在一定程度上倾向于增加银行的风险承担;国有股比例、第一大股东性质和高管持股状况没有对风险承担产生显著影响。

In recent years, the Chinese listed companies dividend policy make much focus since high-payout are possible way for most of corporations ,especially for high equity concentration companies.
本文从目前比较流行的对现金股利选择的动因解释入手,首先对国内外相关的研究动态进行了回顾,接着评述了现代股利理论,继而分析了我国上市公司现金股利分配及股权集中度现状,并提出如下假设: 1、如果股权集中的上市公司派发现金股利,是向外界传递公司未来经营业绩良好的信息,那么,根据信号传递理论,在相同的股权结构下,现金股利支付率增加表明公司未来的经营业绩要好于现金股利支付率减少或不变的公司经营业绩;在相同的股利支付率变动条件下(增加、减少或不变),股权集中的公司未来经营业绩要好于(或差于)股权分散的公司业绩。

This paper studies the donation behaviors of Chinese listed companies, and tests the relationship among equity concentration, industrial competition intensity, and donation expenditure level with a hierarchical linear model.
本文以中国上市公司的捐赠行为为研究对象,利用分层线性模型检验了股权集中度、产业竞争程度与捐赠支出水平之间的关系,结果表明:(1)股权集中度与公司捐赠支出水平显著负相关;(2)产业竞争程度与公司捐赠支出不存在显著的相关关系;(3)产业竞争强度对产业竞争与公司捐赠的关系具有负向调节作用。
