To observe the changes of the biochemical markers osteocalcin(OC), bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP),carboxyterminal of type I procollagen (PICP) and 25-hydroxyvitamin D_3[(25-(OH) D_3)], from of which can reflect the functions of osteoblast for children with vitamin D deficient rickets, and study the principle therapy principle for these patients.
