					A GC method of simultaneous detecting lincomycin and spectinomycin was established and validated in all animal edible tissues to a low concentration(limit of quantitation) of 30 μg/kg for lincomycin or 40 μg/.
						
						实验建立了检测动物可食性组织中林可霉素和大观霉素残留量的气相色谱法,线性实验和回收率实验结果表明,该方法测定可食性组织中的林可霉素和大观霉素的残留量准确可靠,组织中添加林可霉素的定量限为30μg/kg,大观霉素定量限为40μg/kg。
