原料：
乌龙面1包
新鲜香菇1朵
蛋1个
小白菜1小棵
素鱼板3片
胡萝卜片3片
黄花菜数根
辅料：
盐小半匙
素高汤粉1大匙
胡椒粉少许
香油少许
做法：
1. 香菇洗净，在表面用刀刻上星状的花纹；小白菜洗净，切长段；黄花菜用水泡软后摘掉硬蒂，打结待用。
2. 准备一个深锅，烧开600毫升的水，放入香菇、乌龙面煮约2分钟，再加入素鱼板、胡萝卜片、黄花菜及所有，煮滚。
3. 打入一个蛋，再放入小白菜，煮至蛋黄尚未完全凝固即可起锅。
tips：
●如果吃全素者，可以不用加蛋，一样美味。
●乌龙面在超市就可以买到，是袋装一人份的。据说吃乌龙面有防寒防感冒的效用。
