It was found that the temperature of order-disorder phase transformation of FePt alloy was ensured on 600~800℃,and Dy doping enhanced the transformation temperature from FCT to FCC;low temperature annealing can acquire higher magnetic properties than high temperature quenching for the reason of exchange-coupling,and explaining the cause of temperat.
结果表明:添加了稀土Dy的FePt合金有序无序两相共存的温度范围确保在600~800℃之间,且稀土Dy含量的增加提高了该合金从FCT向FCC的转变温度;低温退火态比高温快淬态得到更高的磁性能,原因是发生交换耦合所致,并对磁转变温度宽化作出了合理的解释。

It is found that the alloy exists on FCC at 1 300 ℃ and FCT at 600 ℃;and grains rich in rare earth appears in the FePt alloy when Dy content is 1.
5时,FePt合金中出现富稀土相颗粒,并均匀弥散分布在基体FePt合金中,验证FePt合金对稀土Dy的固溶度在1。
