Objective:To observe the effect of warming yang dis pelling dampness and draining collateral method to the peripheral nerve conduction velocity (SCV) and the polyalcohol metabolic pathway of diabetes mellitus peripheral neuropathy patients.

| 祛湿 运用具有祛除湿邪作用的药物治疗水湿病的方法。通过化湿利水，以消除水湿邪气，而达到通淋泄浊，消肿退黄，健脾和中以及疏通经络的作用。祛湿法适用于各种内外湿证。如感受外湿所致的全身沉重而痛，关节肿痛，肌肤麻木，四肢浮肿等，或湿从内生所致的胸脘痞闷，呕恶泄痢，黄疸，淋浊，滞下，痰饮，水肿等。由于湿邪侵袭人体的部位及脏腑的不同，人体正气强弱的差异，或兼杂寒湿等其他邪气，因此祛湿法中又有芳香化湿、清热利湿、清暑利湿、利水渗湿、健脾化湿、温化水湿、燥湿等。根据病情需要，各种不同的祛湿法常配合使用。因湿邪易阻遏气机，造成气机不畅，故该法还常与行气配合使用。 临床上具体使用祛湿法时应注意祛湿药物多属辛香温燥，或渗利之品，易耗伤阴津，故对素体阴虚、病后体弱者及孕妇均应慎用。 |
