补充资料：聚乙烯球囊导管
聚乙烯球囊导管
介入放射学器材。由聚乙烯作球囊材料的球囊导管。球囊的顺应性较小，可耐较高压力，球囊不易变形和破裂。但是聚乙烯球囊壁比较厚，球囊剖面，即球囊瘪缩后的剖面直径大，不利于小血管内成形。最近以聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(polyethylene terephthalate，PET)为材料制成的球囊，壁厚仅为标准聚乙烯球囊的1/8～1/10，球囊可耐15～20atm(1519.9～2026.5kPa)高压。球囊柔软，但囊壁顺应性小，不变形。导管杆为不锈钢管，外涂聚四氟乙烯，杆远段25cm长的一段为逐渐变细的0.0965cm(0.038in)导丝，球囊安装在导丝段上，球囊以远为2.2cm长的0.0356cm(0.014in)软导丝，因此这种球囊导管称之为“导丝上球囊”(balloon on wire)或球囊探头(balloon probe)。
