RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and elucidated as hyperoside(Ⅰ),isoliquiritigenin(Ⅱ),liquiritigenin(Ⅲ),hentriacontane(Ⅳ),tritriacontane(Ⅴ),nonacosyl alcohol(Ⅵ),docosyl caffeate(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol(Ⅷ),daucosterol(Ⅸ),bergenin(Ⅹ),11-O-galloylbergenin(Ⅺ)and resveratrol(Ⅻ).
结果分离得到12个化合物:金丝桃苷(Ⅰ),异甘草素(Ⅱ),甘草素(Ⅲ),正三十一烷(Ⅳ),正三十三烷(Ⅴ),1-二十九烷醇(Ⅵ),咖啡酸二十二酯(Ⅶ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ),岩白菜素(Ⅹ),11-没食子酰岩白菜素(Ⅺ),白藜芦醇(Ⅻ)。

Results Five compounds were obtained and identified as the β-D-glucoside of α-spinasterol (I), tetracosyl caffeate (II), sucrose (III), β-sitosterol (IV) and daucosterol (V).
分别鉴定为:菠菜甾醇3-O-β-D葡糖苷(I),咖啡酸二十四碳脂肪醇酯(II),蔗糖(III),β-谷甾醇(IV),胡萝卜苷(V)。

With medicinal plant Erigeron breviscapus as test material,its biomass and the contents and yields of scutellarin and caffeate were monitored under doubled(800±100)μmol·mol-1 and natural(400±25)μmol·mol-1 CO2 concentration.
通过对人工倍增CO2浓度(800±100)μmol·mol-1与正常CO2浓度(400±25)μmol·mol-1条件下短葶飞蓬植株生物量、体内灯盏乙素和总咖啡酸酯含量及产量的比较,探讨了CO2浓度升高对药用植物短葶飞蓬生物量、有效成分含量及产量的影响。
