性质:是一种不含锌粉的车间底漆。有二罐装冷固化环氧铁红型和一罐装热塑性丙烯酸铁红型等类型。二罐装环氧铁红型车间底漆具有快干、对钢板涂装流水线适应性好、漆膜机械强度高等优点,与各类防锈漆匹配性好,在切割时烧伤面积小,焊接时基本不影响焊接速度和质量,也不影响钢材的物理机械性能。一罐装车间底漆,采用热塑性丙烯酸树脂为漆基,其干性与防锈性可达到二罐装环氧铁红型车间底漆相同的指标,且与氯化橡胶漆和环氧漆等面漆有互容作用,层间附着力好,防锈能力也好。不含锌车间底漆,由于不含锌,故焊接时不会产生危害人体健康的氧化锌烟雾。但其防锈性能较含锌车间底漆差,有效期一般不超过6个月,只适用于有屋顶的车间或制造周期短的舰船使用。
