性质:又名8-氟红霉素。是由红霉素经8,9-脱水红霉素-6,9-半缩酮氧化保护二甲氨基,用CF3OF或FClO3氟化与催化还原脱去保护基四步反应制得的半合成红霉素。对酸稳定,抗菌谱和抗菌活性与红霉素基本相同,但药物动力学性能优于红霉素。单次口服500mg,1~2h血药浓度达最大值2μg/ml。半衰期8h(红霉素为1.6h)。AUC:16.2μg·h/ml(红霉素为7.3μg·h/ml),肺组织浓度比血药浓度高,为5.3μg/ml。
