性质:又名碱性藏花红,沙红,藏红O(或Y,或A)。本品为Ⅰ和Ⅱ的混合物,红棕色粉末。易溶于水成红色;溶于醇成红色带黄红色荧光。溶于盐酸为蓝红色,最多时为紫色,大量时为蓝色;溶于硫酸时为绿色,稀释时初变蓝,然后变紫,最后变红色。对氢氧化钠生成棕红色沉淀。制法:氧化等摩尔的2,5-二氨基甲苯及邻甲苯胺,将产物与苯缩合,并通过分段沉淀提纯染料,然后转化成氯化物。用作氧化还原指示剂,染色。
