The reaction of selenoamides with functionalized α-haloacetate in 1∶1 or 1∶2 molar ratio with no catalyst under the neutral condition at room temperature to furnish bis(carboxyalkylmethyl) diselenides via selenium transfer reaction was investigated.
为了进一步研究硒代酰胺与具有多个功能团的α-卤代乙酸酯的反应情况,选择将芳基硒代酰胺与α-卤代乙酸酯在无水乙醇中无催化剂,中性条件下以1∶1和1∶2的比例投入进行反应,结果发生硒转移反应后,均生成了同一种产物——二烷氧羰基甲基二硒醚,同时还分离得到了相应的副产物芳酸乙酯。
