性质:又称吡咯拉坐(pyrrolazote)。白色或灰白色粉末。熔点199~200℃。本品1g能溶于水2ml、乙醇8ml、氯仿2ml中。将吩噻嗪与氨基钠、甲苯加热回流,冷却后与氯乙基吡咯,甲苯加热反应,冷后加稀盐酸,再以碱使酸层变为强碱性,用乙醚萃取,经干燥后,以氯化氢饱和之即成。为抗组织胺药。
