1.仅有一过性消化道不适、头晕、嗜睡、皮肤瘙痒等。但反应都很轻，一般无需停药。 2.脑水肿及颅内压增高病人、孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。 3.尽可能避免与其他钙拮抗剂或βˉ阻断剂合用，如必须合用、需严格观察血压等。
