适应症： 主要用于绿脓杆菌感染，也可用于大肠桿菌、奇异变形桿菌及其它敏感菌所致的感染。
用量用法：
静注或静滴：成人每日４～８ｇ，每次１～２ｇ，分４次给予，溶于等渗盐水５０～１００ｍｌ中缓缓静注或静滴，控制在０．５～１小时左右滴完。极重感染时，可加大剂量到每日１２ｇ，用法同上，小儿１日量为每千克体重１００～１５０ｍｇ。
注意事项：
1.局部刺激反应较强，且溶解度较小，故不宜用于肌注；静注浓度大或滴注速度快，也会引起局部疼痛，应改用稀液或放慢速度。 2.用药前应作青霉素皮试。 3.不良反应有消化道反应（包括恶心、呕吐、纳差，偶有上腹部灼热感和胃痛）；口周、面部和四肢皮肤麻木感；严重时有肌颤等。
