【性状】
本品为几乎无色或微黄色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在262nm、271 nm、318nm与330nm 的波长处有最大吸收。
【检查】
pH值 应为7.5 ～9.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品适量，用0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液制成每1ml 中含萘普 生40μg 的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在330nm 的波长处测定吸收度；另取萘 普生对照品，同法测定，计算，即得。
