This paper aims to reveal the principles and laws of general systems,using a mathematical analysis of the structural model of general systems ,which can not only help scientists achieve a better understanding and control of complex systems in nature and society but also be applied to solve particular scientific problems,and then applies them to study a special kind of systems,i,e.
在文献［１］的基础上首先通过对一般系统结构模型的数学分析，揭示一般系统原理及规律，从而从数学上取得一种新的面向问题、数学表达的一般系统理论，即一般系统结构理论；然后，应用一般系统结构理论研究一类专门系统——信息存储单元，包括：①推导存储单元结构模型；②揭示与存储单元工作速度有关的因子以及它与这些因子之间的数学关系；③提出改善存储单元工作速度的途径和方法。

【拐一LM一FE模型中的支出转换政策】这里考虑实施汇率调整之外的其它支出转换政策，如提高关税等。这会推动IS和FE曲线右移，IS与LM交于A点，而几曲线右移距离大于IS。原因在于，使国际收支达到均衡的收人Y，其增量等于工乘以因支出转换引致的进 m口减少额的数量;使商品市场均衡的收人Y，仅增加了相当于11(，+m)乘以进口减少额的数量，所以A点为国际收支顺差点。固定汇率制下，如果有吸收政策的相应配合，可达到另一个均衡位置，从而带来收人的上升。浮动汇率制下，为恢复均衡，本币必然升值，推动巧和FE左移，直到足以挤出提高关税等措施所引起的支出转换为止。所以在浮动汇率制下，图中三种形态中的收人都不可能增加。
