本文根据既有结构自身的特点,考虑既有结构的设计基准期、已使用年限、继续使用期,介绍了确定继续使用基准期的方法;并结合拟建结构与既有结构可靠性分析的共同点,以概率论为基础,研究荷载取值的统计规律,建立恒载、活荷载的概率模型,确定继续使用基准期内的最大荷载概率分布,推导出既有结构的楼面活荷载、风荷载、雪荷载对应于现行荷载规范的修正系数;将推导结果应用于实际工程的可靠性鉴定中,并将该鉴定结论与按照现行荷载标准取值的鉴定结论进行对比分析。
