麻油蛋包面线
主料： 鸡蛋2个,面线1束。
辅料： 姜块1块,麻油汤汁适量。
制法： ①面线入滚水中烫热,捞出放在汤碗之中;
②锅烧热后放入麻油加热,将蛋分别打入,煎成荷包蛋,盛于面线料上;
③5片姜片放入步骤②的锅中,以剩余的麻油煎香;
④取2碗麻油汤汁倒入煮滚,再将汤汁淋在蛋及面线料上。
