Aiming at suitcase doors with pneumatic rod as a complementary extension mechanism which can be opened in two directions,in order to design the fixed location and parameters of pneumatic rod reasonably,in case that door’s barycenter bias in one side of the shaft,with the existing restrictive conditions, through the use of sketch function of UG software and with simple calculation.
针对采用气动撑杆作为辅助举升机构的两个方向都可以开启的行李箱门,为了合理地设计气动撑杆的固定位置和参数,在门的重心偏向一侧转轴的情况下,在已有的约束条件下,通过利用UG软件的草图功能,结合简单的计算,可以达到优化设计的目的。
