In this paper, we mainly studied the technique of chemical degumming bleaching and softening for flax stable which was disposaled in hackling machine, in order to meet a demand for blending with silk.

The influences of the three main processing parameter(friction roller speed,spinning speed and core proportion)on core-spun yarn quality are studied by means of the general rotation experiment,the optimal processing parameters producing short flax fibers cor-spun yarn on DREF-Ⅲ friction spinning machine are analyzed and god.
