放射性变应原吸附试验
radioallergosorbent test,RAST
利用放射性同位素测定IgE的试验方法。先用纤维素等类载体结合作变应原，再使与测试血清或分泌物作用，形成复合物；清洗后，再使与125I标记的抗IgE抗体作用，形成变应原-IgE-125I标记的抗IgE复合物；然后用计数器计算放射活性，即可推算出标本中的IgE量。其结果以特异性结合放射活性的百分数来表示。本试验较皮肤试验优越，假阳性率低、重复性好，且不受患者服药的影响；由于是体外试验，不会引起不良反应。
