肛漏
肛漏 病名。肛门部之漏管。又名肛瘘、漏疮。多因肛门周围痈疽疮疡溃破久治不愈而形成。或因肛管直肠内壁感染治不得力而引起者。证见肛门周围有漏管之外口，用探针从外口入可以探知管道之走行方向，有否分枝及其形状位置。外口常有脓水流出，搔痒微痛，并发感染者多有剧痛，漏管形成则缠绵不愈。若患处肿胀，质硬而痛，疮口凸起，脓汁稠厚，体格健壮者，则属实症，易治；若漏管部软陷，外口塌陷凹进，脓汁稀薄，体格素虚软弱者，属虚证，较难疗。肛漏重在局部外治，如腐蚀法、挂线法、手术疗法等等，可据病情等选择运用。内治当为辅助。属实证者，可选服消漏丸；虚证者，则宜扶正、托里、解毒、化瘀之法，辨证施治。若漏管单一者，名单纯性肛漏，易愈；若漏管波及范围广泛，分支蔓延难清，内外口多者，名为复杂性肛漏，治愈较难。
