Through using total quality control theory and its methods,analyzed and determined the main factors affecting industrial hydrogen yield ,then drew out countermeasures which were proved and used in actual hydrogen production process,and finally got the optimized operation control model with high hydrogen yield,effectively reducing the production cost of hydrogen per cubic metre.
运用全面质量管理理论和方法 ,分析、确定影响工业氢收率的主要因素 ,制定出响应的对策并在实际过程中进行验证和实施 ,得出高回收率的优化运行控制模式 ,有效降低标方氢气的生产成本。
