物理学术语。声波入射到两种声学特性不同其长度又超过声波波长的介质间的分界面上，引起部分或全部声能返回的现象。反射波的声压与入射波的声压成正比，并与两种介质的声阻抗、声速和入射角等因素有关。声阻抗差别越大，声反射越强烈。声反射服从反射定律：入射角α的正弦与反射角α的正弦之比，等于入射波在第一介质中的声速C1与反射波在同一介质中的声速C1'之比。声反射有部分反射与全反射之分。声反射也是超声波的物理学特性之一。脉冲反射式超声诊断仪就是利用人体组织对超声波的反射和散射作用提取诊断信息的。
