Introduction IFN-inducible T cellαchemoattractant(CXCL11/I-TAC)and monokine induced by gamma-interferon(CXCL9/Mig)are type 1 chemokines which specifically chemoattracts CXCR3-expressing Th1/Tc1 cells.
目前认为,1型趋化因子有三种:干扰素-γ诱生的单核因子(monokine induced by gamma-interferon,CXCL9/Mig)、干扰素γ诱导蛋白10(IFN-γ-inducible protein-10,CXCL10/IP-10)和干扰素诱导的T细胞α趋化因子(IFN-inducible T cellαchemoattractant,CXCL11/I-TAC),均属于CXC(α)亚族,它们共同的受体是CXCR3,可以选择性趋化表达CXCR3的Th1/Tc1细胞;2型趋化因子有两种:胸腺和激活调节趋化因子(thymus and activation-regulatedchemokine,CCL17/TARC)和巨噬细胞衍生趋化因子(macrophage-derivedchemokine,CCL22/MDC)。
