指在麻疹初期(前驱期）在口腔两侧颊黏膜靠第一臼齿处，0.5～1mm大小的白色小点，周围有微血管扩张的红晕，一般在病程2～3天后出现，约有90%病人出现，是早期诊断的重要依据。
