Based on the current research status of domestic & foreign ultra high pressure jet drilling techniques, the paper discusses the feasibility and reality of the domestic research of 30~50 MPa down hole booster pump combining with the current jet drilling conditions.

As a new popular topic, the technique of overpressure jet drilling is being paid people's attention.

Meanwhile,the feasibility and implement method of jetting drilling on ultra-deep wells was analyzed,and point out that the ultra-deep well hydraulic parameters design should follow the minimum flow rate designing method,and also provides good reference for ROP improvement of ultra-deep wells.
