						以黄姜为原料,采用磨浆预处理后超声提取的方法从黄姜中提取薯蓣皂甙元,考察了磨浆时间、超声提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比和提取次数对皂素收率的影响,并通过响应面法建立了皂素收率和磨浆时间、超声时间及料液比之间的关系,得到了提取过程优化的工艺条件:磨浆时间5min,超声时间48min;料液比1:18g/ml,拟合得到的模型较好的符合实际,与传统的薯蓣皂素提取方法相比,收率提高了19%。
