To understand the pollution situations,provide data for food risk assessment and government monitoring by surveillance of food pollutant in 2008 in Chaoyang District,different kinds of 135 samples were collected from each monitoring spots in Chaoyang District and the content of Pb,Cd,Al,was anaiysed.
为通过2008年北京市朝阳区食品污染物监测,了解辖区部分食品铅、镉、铝的污染现状,给食品风险评估和政府部门强化监管提供依据,按照国家标准方法GB/T5009对13种135件食品样品进行了铅、镉、铝含量的监测。

病人、带菌者的粪便污染食物、水源或通过用具，手指或苍蝇等间接污染食物而传播的方式。一般所有肠道传染病以及个别的呼吸道传染病(结核、白喉等），可以通过污染食物再侵入其它易感者。如沙门菌属污染食物后，集体进食可造成突然发生的集体中毒。某些寄生虫病亦可通过食物传播。
