于1936年左右开业,设于成都市外西三洞桥畔,由四川郸县人邹瑞麟创办,以杜甫“每日江头尽醉归”的诗意定名,以经营鱼鲜风味菜为特色,主要名菜有“软烧大蒜鲢鱼”、“花鱼头”及“鱼席”等,郭沫若在此品尝后,曾留诗赞曰:“三洞桥边春水深,带江草堂万花明,烹鱼斟满廷龄酒,共视东风万里程。”

约于1933年开业,设于广州市中山六路,取用佛门梵语“心安茅屋稳,性定菜根香”之句定店名,1938年广州沦陷后停业,1947年由佛门人士杨保洪重新开设,名为“居士林素菜馆”,一年后改号“菜根香素食馆”,80年代扩建以经营素菜、素点为特色,主要名菜有“鼎湖上素”、“如来上素”、“六宝拼盘”等。
