◆同系层析
在核酸分析中，将样品经核酸酶部分裂解成不同长度的核苷酸片段，用同位素标记后，在deae纤维素薄层上分离，用含有未标记的相同的核苷酸片段作展层溶剂，这样，未标记的核苷酸把标记过的核苷酸推进，使按分子量大小不同把标记核苷酸片段，按由小到大的次序排列，达到分离的目的。于是把这种层析法称为同系层析。同系层析和电泳相结合曾用于寡核苷酸的顺序分析。
