子宫内膜癌体外照射
子宫内膜癌体外照射亦为放射治疗基本方法之一。虽然曾有个别报道，单纯体外照射亦能取得良好治疗结果，但大多均不理想。如今基本用于与腔内放疗合并治疗或与手术合并治疗。以加速器或60co(60钴)治疗机行体外照射。照射方式有全盆照射、盆腔四野垂直照射、选择性使用腹主动脉旁淋巴结照射等。当采用上述腔内剂量时，体外可采用盆腔四野垂直照射，宫旁给予45Gy/6周左右，体外可与腔内治疗同期进行，但腔内治疗当日不行体外照射。此外，也可采用部分全盆式治疗的方式，一般全盆照射10～20GY，宫旁总量不变，腔内A总量相应减少。详见“子宫内腔癌腔内放射治疗”一词。
