形态特征子囊果小。高5-9.5cm。菌盖呈圆锥形或近钟形，高1-3cm，直径1-2cm，暗褐色或褐色至浅褐色，表面近平滑或稍有凹窝，近顶部下与柄着生，边缘与柄分离。菌肉薄，近无色。柄近圆柱形，有时稍弯曲，长4-7cm，粗0.5-1.5cm，污白色，表面近平滑或有细小疣，内部空心。孢子近椭圆形，几无色，光滑，20-26μm×12-15μm。子囊300-350μm×21-23μm，含8枚孢子。侧丝有分隔,顶部膨大。
