表情倒错(paramimia)内心的情感体验与外部表情不一致。例如,当听到能引起人悲痛的消息时欲表现得非常高兴,或面带笑容地诉说自己的痛苦和不幸。常见于精神分裂症。但正常人为了掩盖内心体验不让别人察觉,也可出现内心体验与外部表情的不一致,如内心惴惴不安而外表镇定自若,心情忧郁时强颜欢笑等。人们一般不愿承认自己胆怯、忧愁,常加以掩饰。微笑是一种社交习惯表情,它不一定代表内心体验。所以抑郁症病人也可以露出微笑,仅是为了向医师致意。 (赵亚志撰刘协和审)
