The results show that as follows:(1)When the superficial velocity is higher than the terminal velocity of fine particles,a great amount of the fine particles will be elutriated from the classfier,while the coarse particles will be fluidized at the bottom part,but the carrying hieght of course particles is limited,hence,the segregation of coarse and fine particle.
对流化床冷渣器分选器中的粗细物料分选机理进行了冷态试验,结果表明:当分选器内的表观速度达到细颗粒的终端速度后,细颗粒被大量扬析出分选器,而粗颗粒的夹带高度有限,从而实现粗细颗粒的分选;分选器的表观速度和稀相区物料浓度同时影响粗颗粒的夹带高度;分选器采取上大下小的扩径结构,可以在不降低表观速度的条件下降低粗颗粒的夹带高度。

The terminal velocity has significant influence on solid segregation in CFB boiler, and terminal velocity can show the segregation ability of different solids.
颗粒的终端速度对于颗粒分层(segregation)具有十分重要的影响,本文利用终端速度表示不同粒径,不同密度的颗粒的分层倾向,提出一模型来描述CFB整个炉膛内颗粒分层现象,并通过最优化已有的实验数据,推导出分层参数的经验式。
