| 国际标准 International Standards 由国际标准化组织团体批准的标准。它适用于国际间的贸易活动和技术交流。国际标准包括国际标准化组织（ISO）和国际电工委员会（IEC）标准以及国际标准化组织公布的22个国际组织制订的标准。国际标准化组织（ISO）成立于1947年2月23日，是为促进各国标准化工作的发展，加强国际物资交流和服务，为科学、技术、经济领域的合作而设立的，主要任务是制订国际标准、协调世界范围内的标准化工作。ISO的成员国已有89个，中国于1978年加入该组织。ISO技术组织共有2300个，其中包括166个技术委员会。国际标准一般必须经过全体成员国协商表决通过后才正式生效。凡在1972年后发布的国际标准，均以ISO作为标准代号。国际电工委员会（IEC）成立于1906年。它主要负责电工方面的国际标准化活动，以促进电工电子领域的标准化及有关专业方面的国际合作，增进国际间的相互了解和协调。IEC组织的成员国已有43个，中国于1957年8月加入了该组织。 |
