Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the launching technique by air cells,and combining with the design feature of end elevation design of axunge slideway and mechanical slipway,we probe into the way of determining elevation of slipway end in ship′ s longitudinal launching by air cells.

Through the analysis on the characteristic of technology in ship longitudinal air cells launching and combining the characteristic of water level of slipway end in axunge slideway and mechanical slipway,the problem how to confirm the elevation of slipway end in ship longitudinal air cells launching is discussed.
